Kicking off with a London to Brighton run, the Ford Summer Festival is a brand-new event taking place on Saturday, July 16, and is set to be the highlight of the summer. The event will begin with a run which starts from two venues — Ford’s infamous Dagenham Plant in east London and Park Wood Golf Club in Westerham, Kent. The finish line of Brighton Racecourse will be home to the Ford Summer Festival.
The run costs £60 per car, which includes the car, driver and one passenger, and the package includes: breakfast voucher, route book, rally plate, camping for two people at Brighton Racecourse on the Saturday night, afternoon and evening entertainment, two free drink vouchers, a prize giving at Brighton Racecourse, and VisitBrighton vouchers for the Sunday. If you don’t want to do the run, but want to come along to the festival, then you can purchase entry tickets for £10 per person in advance, and two children aged 14 and under go free with each paying adult.
