EVENTS: Estatefest 2008
Drawing from the success of last year's VanFest, the Anglia Owner's Club are looking to get as many estates to their AGM this August.
"This year we're recognising the stylish and practical Estate as our feature model at the show," says the club's Aubone Braddon. "There are only about 90 Estates on the club's register - less in numbers than the Anglia van!"
As well as the award for Best Estate in the show's judging category, they've added two new ones - Best basic/standard Estate and Best Modified. If you've got an Estate and want to take part, give Aubone a call on 01392 832635 or drop him an email: aubone@tiscali.co.uk
The AGM is at Stratford Park Racecourse on August 17, and they're sharing the showground with the Cortina MkI Owners' Club, Cortina MkII Owners' Club and Corsair Owners' Club - if you've got a '60s Ford, make sure you get there!
